Flexi-Strip discs are used in conjunction with a fixing mandrel and can mounted onto air powered or electric tooling.
Ideal for: removal rust, oxide, weld splatter, coatings and cleaning moulds.

conditioning operations. Unicut Flexi-Strip has been designed to meet these exacting demands
by producing a superior surface finish on a range of materials without the drawbacks of conventional
abrasives.
The intricate web of synthetic fibre and abrasive grit produces a strong, highly flexible product that
is non-loading and can conform to the shape of the work piece. This is cool running, reducing the
risk of burning and discolouration of the work piece while maintaining a consistent surface contact,
ensuring minimum stock removal, and reducing the possibility of undercutting or gouging.
Unicut Flex-Strip is non-metallic and waterproof. It will not rust or cause metal contamination to the
work surface and there is no risk of loose flying wires as with wire brushes.
Available in a variety of formats, Unicut Flexi-Strip is ideal for a range of applications across
industrial sectors, from car body shops to ship maintenance.
