A scaffold keeper is a hardware which is used to secure the framework against the wall of a constructed structure. The tensile strength and buckling strength are min. 1,000kgs.
Usage
1. Used to prevent the scaffold from tipping.
2. Used to prevent the scaffold from buckling.
Characteristics
1. Adjustment up to 150 mm is possible
2. The scaffold keeper can be installed straight, without eccentricity, from the insertion point in the wall to the clamping position.
3. The two parts of the keeper – square pipe and insert part are joined by a pin. This enables the setting angle to be adjusted.
4. As the threaded part is inside the square piping, the thread is protected against damage.
The pulling strength of the scaffold keeper is max. 1,000kg. Attention should be paid to the following points during construction: The setting point of the keeper is principally near to the crossing point of a vertical pipe and a horizontal scaffolding board. The front part of the scaffold keeper should contact the wall.
